1. Room Booking Cancellation

• 3 days or more before check-in: full refund

• 1–2 days before check-in: 50% refund

• Same-day cancellation or no-show: no refund

• 24 hours before the tour: full refund

• Less than 24 hours: deposit is non-refundable

• Bad weather/unavoidable issues: schedule change allowed without penalty

3. Cooking Class Cancellation

• 2 days or more in advance: full refund

• 1 day before the class: 50% refund

• Same-day cancellation: no refund (ingredients already prepared)

4. Host-Initiated Cancellation

If Mario must cancel:

• Full refund of deposit

• Alternative schedule may be offered

• No additional compensation is required
